Vietnam Visa Requirements for US Citizens

To visit Vietnam, travelers with United States passports should meet the entry requirements:

  • United States passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned stay in Vietnam;
  • United States passport has at least 2 blank pages.
  • 2 passport-sized photos taken within 6 months are required to submit.
  • US passport holders are required to fill out the visa application form online with exact information as shown on their passports (passport number, full name, expiration date, etc.)
