Important notes for cost of Vietnam visa

  1. The service fee varies depending on the type of visa you want to obtain, the number of applicants in your groups and also how fast you want your visa approval letter processed.
  2. The Vietnam visa stamping fee is fixed by the Vietnam Ministry of Finance and must be paid in cash. No credit card is accepted.
  3. The visa stamping fee can be paid in USD, VND, AUD, etc. but USD is highly recommended to avoid unbalanced exchange rate.
  4. You should prepare an exact amount of stamping fee payable at Vietnam airport.

Requirements

  • Passport: A passport with at least 6-month validity from the date of travel. Temporary passport may be declined.
  • Photo: Two passport sized photos (4x6 cm and must be recently taken with no glass-wear)

  • Stamping fee: Pay by cash upon arrival (for visa on arrival).
  • Approval letter: This is required if you want to obtain the visa on arrival at Vietnam's airport.
