Payment Instruction

Currently, we accept both credit/debit cards for 3 payment methods for our Vietnam visa service consisting of OnePay, Bank Transfer and pay in cash at our office. The credit/debit cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club.

Option 1: Pay by credit cards through www.OnePay.vn

 OnePay company successfully combines with Vietnam Commercial Bank (Vietcombank) and International Mastercard Organization to implement OnePay - Online payment solution. Providing an easy and secure to use, the customers can settle the payment online to anyone anytime in different convenient places around the world. What a fast and simple payment! Visa Card, Master Card, Amex Card and JCB card are accepted with this payment gate.

Fill out the secure online form with your passport details for your Vietnam visa on arrival then click submit. After that, it will show to the payment options page. If you choose a consistent payment option by credit card via Onepay.vn, our site will redirect you to www.Onepay.vn page. You will be required to provide your personal and credit card details.

This case will ask you some information to verify whether you are the owner or not such as fill your name, your location, your credit card number, and secure CCV which shows behind your credit card. And you also need to verify 3D secure which will be sent by your bank. If you do not verify this 3D secure, your payment will be denied.

You will be sent to our success page if payment is processed successfully. Meanwhile, our automatic system will also send you an email to confirm your visa to Vietnam. And also you will see your bank statement as “One pay Vietnam visa”.

If your payment is not successful, a Failure page will appear to inform the status. At the same time, you will receive an email from us telling you that payment has been not processed yet. You can try again with a new payment option or we will send you another email with full options of payment. Or you can forward that email to visa@vietnam-immi.com, we will help you to pay easier.

Option 2: Pay through Bank Transfer 

We will send you the information for bank details to your email with a payment request if you chose payment for us via bank TT.

Note:              

• Your payment is made for the visa approval fee, excluding the stamping fee (which will be paid to the Immigration Officer upon arrival in Vietnam by yourself).

• We will deny entering Vietnam for the next time if our customers use Fake Credit Card to settle the payment.
