Applying for an Emergency Visa Approval Letter:

• Step 3: You will receive an email with your application ID in the title to confirm the successful visa application. You also receive our questions that ask you to provide some documents as fast as you can. When coming to the Emergency case, please remember to check your mailbox and follow our instructions.
• Step 4: Advising to print the Approval Letter out in advance to board the plane and get the visa upon arrival with the documents: 2 portraits size 4x6 cm, the Entry & Exit form, Stamping Fee in cash and the Approval Letter printing in color.

Required documents for Visa On Arrival procedure at Vietnam airport

• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months or more beyond the entry date.
• You need 2 passport-sized photographs which are recently taken with looking straight, no glass wears.
• Government fee which is $25 for single entry, $50 for multiple entries, $95 for 6 months, and $135 for a 1-year visa in cash at Vietnam airport.
